CLINICAL AND RADIOGRAPHIC EVALUATION OF NANOHYDROXYAPATITE AND PLATELETS-RICH FIBRIN AS PULPOTOMY MATERIALS FOR PRIMARY MOLARS

Objectives: Pulpotomy works to retain a healthy tooth in the mouth till exfoliation by protecting radicular pulp. The coronal pulp must be removed, and given medication, order maintain tooths health function. Subject Methods: children who took part this clinical investigation were chosen aged 4 8 years old, following approval from Ethical Committee obtaining signed informed consent their parents. Based on type of pulpotomy material used, NHAp group PRF group, 40 mandibular primary teeth that needed treatment split into two groups (n=20). split-mouth prospective trial design for study was authorized. Three distinct follow-up intervals 6 weeks, six, twelve months used note evaluate radiological outcomes. Results: treated with had improved radiographic outcomes at three 6, 12 months, but there no statistically significant difference between them NHAp. Conclusion: results pulpotomized molars could using as dressing agent.
